ret·i·nol de·hy·dro·gen·ase (retґĭ-nol de-hiґdro-jən-ās) [EC 1.1.1.105] an enzyme of the oxidoreductase class that catalyzes the reversible oxidation of retinol to retinal, using NAD+ as an electron acceptor.
