mi·cro·cy·to·tox·ic·i·ty (mi″kro-si″to-tok-sisґĭ-te) [micro- + cytotoxicity] the capability of lysing or damaging cells by procedures that use extremely minute amounts of material such as target cells, antibody, and complement (e.g., lymphotoxicity procedures).
