pigmented purpuric lichenoid dermatitis
a type of chronic pigmented purpura seen most often in middle-aged men, chiefly on the legs, thighs, or lower trunk, characterized by tiny discolored, lichenoid papules that tend to fuse into plaques. Called also Gougerot-Blum syndrome.
