Surgically constricted (usually using stomach or intestine) replacement for urinary bladder.

neo·blad·der (ne″o-bladґər) an artificial reservoir for urine created as continent urinary diversion to replace the bladder following cystectomy, constructed from a detubularized bowel segment or from a segment of the stomach, with implantation of the ureters and urethra. Called also continent urinary reservoir.
