Hautmann neobladder
a type of orthotopic ileal neobladder constructed from a W-shaped section of ileum.

Construction of Hautmann neobladder. (A), A segment of terminal ileum is isolated and incised on the antimesenteric border. (B), The ileum is arranged into an M or W configuration with the limbs sutured to one another. (C), A buttonhole of ileum is removed on an antimesenteric portion of the ileum and the urethra and ileum are anastomosed. The ureters are implanted and stented, and the reservoir is closed in a side-to-side manner.
