necrobiotic xanthogranuloma
a xanthogranuloma characterized by nodules or plaques overlying necrobiosis in the dermis, usually occurring on the face but occasionally on the trunk or a limb. It is typically accompanied by plasma cell dyscrasias and other systemic manifestations.
