Chotzen syndrome

Chotzen syndrome
an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by acrocephalosyndactyly in which the syndactyly is mild and by hypertelorism, ptosis, and sometimes mental retardation. Called also acrocephalosyndactyly, type III and Saethre-Chotzen s.
