anterior interosseous nerve syndrome a complex of symptoms caused by a lesion of the anterior interosseous nerve, resulting usually from fracture or laceration but sometimes from an entrapment neuropathy; symptoms include pain in the proximal forearm and weakness of the muscles innervated by the nerve. Called also Kiloh-Nevin s.
