sacculus laryngis
[TA] laryngeal saccule: a diverticulum extending upward from the front of the laryngeal ventricle, between the vestibular fold medially and the thyroarytenoid muscle and thyroid cartilage laterally; called also appendage or appendix of ventricle of larynx, Hilton sac, and laryngeal pouch.
