pyoderma faciale
an acute, localized skin disease of the face, seen almost exclusively in girls and young women; it is usually in the absence of acne and is characterized by intense erythema, abscesses, cysts, and sinus tracts between deep-seated lesions. If untreated, it may heal to leave severe scarring.
