pyoderma chancriforme faciei an eroded, ulcerated, nodular, solitary lesion with a rolled edge, usually on the face but sometimes elsewhere; it closely resembles a syphilitic chancre, and generally occurs in association with regional lymphadenopathy. The lesion usually involutes and heals with scarring.
