endoscopic retrograde pancreatography
pancreatography in which the radiopaque medium is injected into the pancreatic duct at the ampulla of Vater via a cannula introduced through a fiberoptic endoscope. See also endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, under cholangiopancreatography.
