FÑŒlleborn method
(for parasite eggs in feces) 1 g of feces is ground and mixed with 20 mL of a saturated solution of sodium chloride; the mixture is allowed to stand for at least one hour, and then coverglasses are floated on the surface and transferred without draining to slides.
