pleomorphic lipoma
a circumscribed, subcutaneous, painless lesion occurring in older adults, particularly men, characterized by mononuclear cells with pleomorphic nuclei, hyperchromatic multinucleated cells, mature fat cells, and thick bands of birefringent collagen.
