subcorneal pustular dermatosis
a superficial, pustular disorder with a chronic relapsing course, resembling dermatitis herpetiformis, and chiefly affecting women in middle life, with sterile pustular blebs in the subcorneal tissue of the epidermis on the trunk and in the major skin folds. Called also Sneddon-Wilkinson disease.
