- [TA] right crus of atrioventricular bundle: a discrete group of fascicles arising from the trunk of the bundle at the superior end of the muscular part of the interventricular septum; it descends to be distributed to the right ventricle of the heart as a terminal network of Purkinje fibers that become continuous with the ventricular cardiac muscle fibers. Called also right bundle branch and right branch of atrioventricular bundle.
