Brachydactyly
Short, stubby fingers and toes. Brachydactyly is a frequent feature of syndromes of congenital malformation (constellations of birth defects) including Down syndrome (trisomy 21). Brachydactyly or, as it sometimes referred to, brachydactylia comes from the Greek brachys, short + daktylos, finger.
