angiokeratoma of Mibelli
symmetrical discrete, aggregated or confluent, soft, slightly darkened vascular papules on the backs of the fingers, toes, elbows, and knees; they may later become hyperkeratotic. Most cases are seen in children or young adults, often those with a history of chilblains, cold sensitivity, or frostbite.
