acanthoma fissuratum
a benign, firm, skin-colored or erythematous nodule, grossly resembling basal cell epithelioma, occurring on the bridge of the nose or behind the ear, resulting from constant minor mechanical trauma caused by poorly fitting glasses. Called also granuloma fissuratum.
