ac·ro·ger·ia (ak″ro-jeґre-ə) a rare condition consisting of partial progeria, primarily of the skin, which is thin and parchmentlike, especially on the hands and feet; in some cases it is inherited in autosomal recessive fashion. Called also metageria.
