Zinc oxide
A form of zinc that has antispasmodic qualities.

a mild astringent used in various skin conditions, usually mixed with other substances. It is applied as a cream, ointment, dusting powder, or as a paste, sometimes in the form of an impregnated bandage.

[USP] a salt, ZnO, used topically as an astringent, skin protectant, and sunscreen, and as an ingredient in calamine. It is also found in several dental cements. Called also white z.
