Scham·berg's disease 'sham-bərgz- n a progressive purpuric disorder of the skin esp. of the legs characterized by petechiae and patches of orange to brown pigmentation
Schamberg Jay Frank (1870-1934)
American dermatologist. Schamberg held a number of positions with several medical schools in Philadelphia. He described the progressive pigmentary skin disease since known as Schamberg's disease in 1901.
