tol·az·o·line hy·dro·chlo·ride (tol-azґo-lēn) [USP] an adrenergic blocking agent and peripheral vasodilator used in the treatment of peripheral vascular disorders due to vasospasm, administered orally, and as a vasodilator in pharmacoangiography, administered by intra-arterial infusion.
