Ventricular p., a cardiac rupture contained and loculated by pericardium, which forms its external wall. 3. An aneurysm whose walls consist of adventitia and periarterial fibrous tissue and hematoma. SYN: communicating hematoma, false aneurysm, pulsatile hematoma.
