a phenothiazine antipsychotic drug used to treat schizophrenia and other mental disorders, migraine, vertigo, nausea, and vomiting. It is administered by mouth, injection, or in suppositories; possible side-effects include drowsiness and dry mouth, and high doses may cause tremors and abnormal muscle movements. Trade name: Stemetil.
