pos·tu·rog·ra·phy (pos″chər-ogґrə-fe) testing procedures for upright posture, balance, and sense of equilibrium. The patient stands on a force platform and measurements are taken of head position, hip position, and downward force of the feet; further assessments are done under various conditions of changing visual stimuli and platform position.
