phen·a·zo·pyr·i·dine hy·dro·chlo·ride (fen″ə-zo-pirґĭ-dēn) [USP] a urinary analgesic used orally to relieve symptoms of irritation in cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis, and other conditions causing irritation of the lower urinary tract mucosa.
