oxy·bu·ty·nin chlo·ride (ok″se-buґtĭ-nin) an anticholinergic that has a direct antispasmodic effect on smooth muscle; used in the treatment of uninhibited neurogenic bladder and reflex neurogenic bladder, administered orally or transdermally.
