os·teo·poi·ki·lo·sis (os″te-o-poi″kĭ-loґsis) [osteo- + poikil- + -osis] an autosomal dominant trait due to mutation in the LEMD3 gene (locus: 12q14), which encodes an inner nuclear membrane protein.
