N5,N10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase

An enzyme that converts N⁵,N¹⁰-methylenetetrahydrofolate to N⁵,N¹⁰-methenyltetrahydrofolate using NADP⁺; a deficiency of this enzyme results in an accumulation of l-homocysteine and severe neurological disturbances.
