hypophoria
A tendency of the visual axis of one eye to deviate downward, prevented by binocular vision. [hypo- + G. phora, motion]

hy·po·pho·ria (hi″po-forґe-ə) [hypo- + phoria] a type of heterophoria in which there is downward deviation of the visual axis of an eye when visual fusional stimuli are eliminated. When both eyes are affected, it is called cataphoria.
