[TA] tunica albuginea of corpora cavernosa of penis the dense, white, fibroelastic sheath that encloses the corpora cavernosa penis. Its superficial, longitudinal fibers form a tunic surrounding both corpora, and the deep circularly coursing fibers surround them separately, uniting medially to form the septum of the penis.
