- cutaneous miliary tuberculosis
- a severe, acute form of miliary tuberculosis involving the skin, seen in children and immunocompromised or otherwise debilitated adults. It occurs as a generalized cutaneous eruption of brown, cone-shaped papules that become necrotic and may form minute circular ulcers with red borders and pale granulating bases covered by a seropurulent exudate. Called also t. cutis miliaris disseminata.
