desmoplastic trichoepithelioma

desmoplastic trichoepithelioma
a benign, solitary, pale, hard nodule with a central nonulcerated depression, usually on the face of a young to middle-aged woman; it contains strands of basaloid cells and epidermal cysts infiltrating fibrotic stroma. Called also sclerosing epithelial hamartoma.
