trichoadenoma
tricho·ad·e·no·ma (trik″o-ad″ə-noґmə) [tricho- + adenoma] a type of adnexal adenoma on the face or trunk, with histologic features midway between those of trichofolliculoma and trichoepithelioma, having large cystic spaces lined by squamous epithelium and squamous cells.
