anthrax toxin
an exotoxin produced by most strains of Bacillus anthracis that is immunogenic, produces edema, and is lethal for mice. It consists of three heat-labile, antigenically distinct components: edema factor (EF, factor I), protective antigen (PA, factor II), and lethal factor (LF, factor III).
