tos·i·tu·mo·mab (tos″ĭ-tooґmo-mab) a murine monoclonal antibody with actions similar to those of rituximab, binding the CD20 antigen; it is used as an antineoplastic in the treatment of CD20-positive, B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma; administered intravenously.
