normal temperature

normal temperature
the temperature of the human body in health, about 37°C (98.6°F) when measured orally. This is maintained by the thermotaxic nerve mechanism, which maintains a balance between the thermogenetic, or heat-producing, and the thermolytic, or heat-dispelling, processes.
