- α-synucleinopathy
- α-sy·nuc·le·in·op·a·thy (sĭ-noo″kle-in-opґə-the) any of a group of neurodegenerative disorders, including multiple system atrophy, Lewy body dementia, and Parkinson disease, that are characterized by the aggregation of α-synuclein to form inclusion bodies. Called also synucleopathy.
