sy·no·vio·sar·co·ma (sĭ-no″ve-o-sahr-koґmə) [synovio- + sarcoma] a malignant neoplasm arising in the synovial membrane of the joints and also in synovial cells of tendons and bursae; called also malignant synovioma and synovial sarcoma.
