Olmsted syndrome

Olmsted syndrome
a rare syndrome of unknown etiology in which infants develop keratoderma on the palms and soles as they begin to use their hands and feet; this increases in severity to cause contractures and sometimes fissuring of the skin. Many also have plaques of keratoderma around body orifices.
