LEOPARD syndrome

LEOPARD syndrome
an autosomal dominant syndrome consisting of multiple lentigines, asymptomatic electrocardiographic abnormalities, and often ocular hypertelorism, pulmonary stenosis, abnormal genitalia, growth retardation, and sensorineural deafness. Patients have characteristic coarse facies. Called also lentiginosis profusa, lentiginosis profusa s., and multiple lentigines s.
