Denys-Drash syndrome

Denys-Drash syndrome
a rare syndrome that includes male pseudohermaphroditism, nephropathy leading to renal failure, and, in most cases, Wilms tumor. It is caused by a genetic abnormality in the p13 region of chromosome 11.
