sowdah
sow·dah (souґdah) [Ar. âœblackâ] a type of onchodermatitis seen in Yemen and Saudi Arabia, usually on one or both lower limbs, characterized by black pigmentation, thickening, and roughness of the skin, edema, intense pruritus, papules, and regional lymphadenopathy. Similar cases have been reported in the Sudan and West Africa.
