sisomicin
siso·mi·cin (sis″o-miґsin) an aminoglycoside antibiotic derived from Micromonospora inyoensis, closely related to the C1a component of the gentamicin complex; it is bactericidal for many gram-negative and some gram-positive organisms, having a range of activity similar to that of gentamicin.
