Geigel reflex

Geigel reflex
a reflex in the female corresponding to the cremasteric reflex in the male: when the inner anterior aspect of the upper thigh is stroked, there is a contraction of the muscular fibers at the upper edge of the Poupart ligament. Cf. hypogastric r. Called also inguinal r.
