[TA] conus arteriosus branch of right coronary artery: the first ventricular branch of the right coronary artery, which supplies the conus arteriosus, and anastomoses with the left conus artery (branch) of the anterior interventricular branch of the left coronary artery; called also conal or conus artery, right conus artery, and third conus artery.
