generalized pustular psoriasis
severe and generalized pustular psoriasis, usually in patients with psoriatic arthritis or erythrodermic psoriasis. Characteristics include high fever, leukocytosis, hypocalcemia, arthralgia, malaise, and other systemic symptoms, sometimes resulting in death. Called also von Zumbusch or Zumbusch p.
