pseudohypoaldosteronism type 2
(PHA2) an endocrine abnormality of autosomal dominant inheritance, seen primarily in adults, characterized by hyperkalemia without salt wasting and caused by resistance to the mineralocorticoid effects of aldosterone on tubular potassium transport. Called also Gordon syndrome.
