- poikiloderma vasculare atrophicans
- a chronic, localized or generalized skin condition related to large plaque parapsoriasis, characterized by skin discoloration, atrophy, telangiectasias, and sometimes bright red papules; affected skin takes on an erythematous, papery appearance like that of radiodermatitis. The condition may be idiopathic or secondary to other dermatoses, and some cases progress to mycosis fungoides. Called also p. atrophicans vasculare.
